1. Purpose
This Policy applies to every account, public page, block, link, image, product, form, request and AI-assisted draft on LinkNest. It is part of the Terms.
2. Prohibited content and conduct
Do not use LinkNest to create, host, link to, promote, sell or coordinate:
- unlawful activity, fraud, scams, phishing, identity theft, deceptive impersonation or misleading claims;
- sexual exploitation, abuse, non-consensual intimate material, trafficking, or content that endangers a child;
- credible threats, targeted harassment, doxxing, incitement to violence or promotion of extremist violence;
- malware, credential theft, unauthorized access, spam, mass unsolicited messaging or security bypasses;
- infringement of copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other rights;
- illegal or restricted goods and services, including unlawful weapons, drugs, counterfeit items, stolen data or unlicensed regulated offers;
- content or commerce that violates applicable Saudi regulations or the rules that legally apply to the page owner or audience;
- collection of personal or sensitive data without a lawful purpose, clear notice and appropriate protection;
- manipulated traffic, automated scraping, fake engagement, quota circumvention or interference with service availability.
3. Platform and account security
Do not probe, scan or exploit LinkNest without written authorization; upload executable or disguised malicious files; share access unlawfully; use another person's session; evade suspension; or overload endpoints. Good-faith security reports should be sent privately to support and must avoid accessing more data than necessary.
4. Products, promotions and external destinations
Page owners are responsible for accurate descriptions, lawful pricing, delivery promises, returns, required licences and consumer disclosures. Affiliate, sponsored or promotional content must be disclosed. A LinkNest page must not disguise the destination of a link or collect payment or credentials through deception.
5. AI-assisted content
You remain responsible for reviewing AI suggestions. Do not instruct the service to generate prohibited, deceptive or rights-infringing content. A draft is not approved merely because the assistant produced it.
6. Reports
Use the report link on a public page or email support@linknestapp.com. Include the exact page, reason and enough context to evaluate the issue. Do not submit knowingly false or repetitive automated reports. Copyright owners may also use the competent Saudi intellectual property authority's official complaint process.
7. Enforcement
Depending on urgency, severity, repetition and legal requirements, LinkNest may remove content, disable a block or product, unpublish a page, restrict features, preserve evidence, request corrective action or suspend/terminate an account. We may cooperate with competent authorities where lawfully required. A user may contact support with relevant context to seek review.
