1. Acceptance and scope
These Terms form an agreement between you and the operator of LinkNest for access to LinkNest websites, accounts, page-building tools, public pages, blocks, analytics, AI-assisted setup, products, requests and related services. By creating an account or using the service, you accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Acceptable Use Policy and any plan-specific terms shown before purchase.
If you do not accept these Terms, do not create an account or use the service.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must have legal capacity to enter this agreement. If a minimum account age is configured, it is ; otherwise local rules on capacity apply. If you act for a business or another person, you confirm that you have authority to bind them.
- Provide accurate registration and contact information and keep it current.
- Keep credentials confidential and notify support@linknestapp.com promptly about suspected unauthorized access.
- You are responsible for activities performed through your account unless caused by LinkNest's failure to apply reasonable security.
- One person may not impersonate another or register identifiers they have no right to use.
3. The service
LinkNest lets eligible users create and publish a page, arrange content blocks, share links and media, receive requests, list products where available, and view platform analytics. Features, quotas and limits differ between Free and PRO plans and are displayed in the product before activation.
AI-assisted setup can propose copy, colors, layouts and blocks from information you provide. You must review the result before saving or publishing. AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate and is not professional, legal, financial or medical advice.
Availability and changes
We may maintain, improve, replace or discontinue features for security, legal, technical or product reasons. Where a material change adversely affects a paid service, we will provide reasonable notice when practicable and apply any rights stated in the refund policy or required by law.
4. Your content and intellectual property
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant LinkNest a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, reproduce, format, transmit and display that content only as needed to operate, secure and improve the service and to display your public page. The licence ends when the content is deleted, subject to reasonable backups, legal retention and content already shared outside LinkNest.
You confirm that you have all necessary rights and permissions for uploaded images, names, brands, music, videos, products, links and personal information. LinkNest names, logos, interface, software and original platform materials remain protected and may not be copied or reverse engineered except where applicable law permits.
5. Public pages, links and third parties
Your public page and third-party links are your responsibility. LinkNest does not endorse external websites, embeds, products or statements merely because they appear on a page. Third-party services have their own terms and privacy practices. You must clearly disclose advertising, sponsorships, affiliate links and regulated offers where required.
6. Free and paid plans
Free features may be subject to quotas. Prices, currency, billing cycle, taxes, renewal date and the exact features of a paid plan must be shown at checkout when billing is enabled. You authorize the displayed charge through the payment provider you select. Do not assume a payment has completed until LinkNest confirms it.
Cancellation stops future renewal but normally does not erase your account immediately. Access generally continues until the paid period ends unless the checkout terms or law state otherwise. Failed payments may result in retry, plan restriction or downgrade after notice. Full rules are in the Subscription, Cancellation and Refund Policy.
7. Acceptable use
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. In particular, do not use LinkNest for unlawful activity, fraud, phishing, malware, exploitation, harassment, IP infringement, prohibited goods, deceptive impersonation, unauthorized scraping or attempts to bypass access, quotas or security.
8. Reports, moderation and suspension
We may investigate reports, restrict content, unpublish a page, limit an account or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, preserve evidence, address security risk or enforce these Terms. Where appropriate, we will consider context, severity, repetition and the user's explanation. Urgent or legally required action may occur without advance notice.
You may report a public page through its report link or contact support. False, abusive or automated reports are prohibited.
9. Termination and data
You may stop using LinkNest at any time. Account deletion, where offered, is subject to verification and lawful retention. We may terminate an account for material or repeated breach, security risk, non-payment or legal requirement. Provisions that by nature should survive—including ownership, lawful records, disclaimers and dispute terms—continue after termination.
10. Disclaimers and responsibility
LinkNest is provided on an “as available” basis. We use reasonable care but cannot promise uninterrupted operation, a particular audience result, permanent third-party availability or that all user content is accurate. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LinkNest is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from user content, third-party services, lost opportunities or events beyond reasonable control. Any limitation is subject to mandatory consumer and data-protection rights.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect legal, security or service changes. The version and effective date appear above. We will provide proportionate notice of material changes through the service or available contact details. Continuing to use the service after the effective date means accepting the updated Terms, unless law requires another form of consent.
12. Governing rules
Any configured governing-law statement appears here: . If none is configured, this clause does not invent a jurisdiction and mandatory rules that apply to you remain unaffected.
