LinkNest must show the live price, currency, tax treatment, payment provider, billing cycle and renewal date at checkout. This Policy does not invent a provider, price or refund window that has not been configured.
1. Free and PRO plans
The Free plan provides the features and limits displayed in the service. PRO access begins only after LinkNest confirms an eligible activation or successful payment. Plan benefits, upload limits and premium blocks are those shown at the time of purchase and may be updated prospectively.
2. Billing and renewal
When recurring billing is enabled, checkout must state whether the subscription renews automatically, how often, the amount and currency, applicable tax and the next charge date. By completing checkout, you authorize those displayed recurring charges until cancellation. A declined or reversed payment may lead to retry, a grace period, restriction or downgrade after reasonable notice.
3. Upgrades, downgrades and promotions
The checkout or change screen must disclose when an upgrade takes effect and whether any prorated amount applies. A downgrade normally takes effect at the next renewal unless stated otherwise. Promotions apply only for their stated duration and eligibility; the post-promotion price must be disclosed before purchase.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel through the available account or billing controls, or contact support@linknestapp.com if the control is unavailable. Cancellation prevents future renewal. Unless mandatory law or checkout terms say otherwise, paid features remain available until the current paid period ends and fees already earned are not automatically refunded.
5. Refund eligibility
Any configured discretionary refund window is days. A value of zero means the operator has not configured a general discretionary window; it does not remove mandatory consumer rights. Requests are reviewed for duplicate charges, a verified LinkNest technical failure preventing material use, an unauthorized transaction supported by appropriate verification, or another right required by applicable law.
Refunds are normally returned through the original payment method and may take the provider's processing time. Provider fees, currency conversion and banking delays may be outside LinkNest's control. Abuse, used promotional benefits, policy violations, inability to use a functioning third-party service, or changing one's mind after material use may be ineligible where law permits.

6. How to request review
Contact support with the account email, transaction reference, charge date and reason. Never send a password, reset code or complete payment-card number. We may request reasonable proof and will not expose internal fraud controls.
7. Feature or price changes
Material renewal-price changes will be communicated before the next charge when required. A user may cancel before that renewal. If LinkNest permanently withdraws a material prepaid feature without a reasonable alternative, it will assess an appropriate remedy under the checkout terms and applicable law.
